The foundation of strategic human resource management is based on the organisational objectives. The term strategic human resource management can be defined as â€Å"the linking of human resources with strategic goals and objectives in o rder to improve business performance and develop organizational culture that foster innovation, flexibility and competitive advantage† (Sinha 2007).
